We’ve gotten to know every single homeowner, tailored our services to their needs, and helped them sell their house quickly and confidently.

Sean Terry - Owner
After exiting the Marine Corp with an Honorable Discharge he bought his first apartment complex 28 years ago, at the age of 22; he then went on and started a successful sales and marketing company for six years, producing $5,000,000 annually in sales. Because of the success, the parent company employed Sean to travel the US to motivate and train company sales reps; on several occasions the seminars reached 1,000+ people. Sean currently owns and operates one of the real estate investment operations based in Phoenix AZ producing roughly $80,000,000 in annual sales.
Sean with partners, current owns 720+ student housing units across the country valued over $30 million dollars.
Josh Cage - Chief Operating Officer
Josh has more than 20 years of executive level leadership in real estate, call center, non-profit, and education industries. Although he really enjoys working in the real estate market, building culture, and leading people are the job responsibilities he prioritizes the most. Josh has the goal of exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders of the organization. He believes people and service are everything.
Josh is happily married and is blessed with two amazing children. In his free time, Josh is honored to lead a men’s Christian group, and he is often trying to learn something new to better himself. He cherishes the time he has with his family, whether it is a quick road trip on a weekend or just staying at home and watching a movie together.
Gia Redl - Director of Operations
Gia has been with Integrity Home Buyers for over five years. She began as a lead manager and transitioned into acquisitions. She enjoys the team work, establishing rapport with sellers and the challenges that go with her position. Her family, faith and passion for helping others are her driving force.
Jubliee Lopez - Lead Transaction Coordinator
Liz has been with the company for almost five years and is now our Closing Coordinator. For her the best part of her job is letting the sellers know their checks are in the mail! She grew up in Rocky Point, MX, is a mom of two and loves, loves, loves baseball and the Dodgers. Liz is a homebody, she enjoys baking, reading and arts and crafts but the beach is her second home so you can always find her there. Her life motto is "Be yourself, everyone else is already taken."
Devon Ray- Operations Manager
Devon has been with Integrity Home Buyers for almost four years. She has worked in various roles at the company and currently works on our dispositions team. She enjoys working with clients to provide a hassle free close on their property. Outside of being with her work family, in her free time she enjoys hanging out with her real family, going on walks with her dogs and trying new restaurants.

Amy will work tirelessly to help all sellers find a positive solution to their most immediate needs. All avenues will be explored until everyone is happy with the outcome! When she is not working, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, trying new vegan recipes, listening to music, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors.

Renee's ability to relate to people is her gift! She is genuine and true to her word, which comes across in all she does. Raising two amazing sons is her priority; she enjoys being outdoors and traveling.
